"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a Business Analyst to support data and analytics (D&A) initiatives by partnering with business and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle. The role focuses on requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, solution design, implementation support, and adoption of data-driven products.
Collaborate with business and D&A teams to identify analytics use cases and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Facilitate ideation, requirements, and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
Support prototype and MVP development, including data source identification.
Create and maintain business analysis artifacts (process maps, wireframes, business rules, data definitions, RTMs).
Assist with implementation, documentation, training, data literacy, and change management.
Support post-implementation adoption, value tracking, and success documentation.
Mentor analytics teams on business needs and coach stakeholders on D&A practices.
Support data quality improvements and business process redesign initiatives.
Strong ability to translate business needs into D&A requirements and specifications.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and complex business processes.
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong documentation, presentation, and analytical skills.
Experience with data & analytics, data governance, or data literacy.
Familiarity with environmental, water quality, or related domains.
Business analysis or project management certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP).
Experience with business case development and UX/design concepts.
