We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the modernization of a Solicitation Review System. This initiative involves migrating an existing Microsoft-based solution to a newly designed Jotform-based workflow and data management platform. The Business Analyst will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful requirements definition, system redesign, and implementation.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
Document current-state business processes and workflows
Define future-state functional and non-functional requirements
Perform gap analysis between the legacy system and the redesigned platform
Collaborate closely with senior technical advisors during development and testing phases
Support system validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and reporting enhancements
Assist with redesign of reporting and data outputs
Provide weekly status updates, documentation, and project artifacts
5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and testing
Strong expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation aligned with BABOK standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams
Experience designing or documenting Power BI reporting requirements
Familiarity with Power Automate workflows
Experience with Jotform forms and workflow configurations
