We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Oncology RN to join our team. The RN will provide care and treatment to adult patients in a patient-centered care model, making clinical assessments and managing treatments autonomously. This role is part of a collaborative team environment that emphasizes support, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
Act as a patient safety advocate.
Ensure efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment.
Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout the patient stay.
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience.
Active Florida RN license or approved multistate/compact RN license
Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida RN license after relocation.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
BSN preferred.
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 – 1:6
