Job Title: SaaS Platform Administrator (ServiceNow)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Pontiac, MI
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator to support the development, administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role will play a key part in supporting IT service management processes and driving continuous improvement across the platform.
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Support core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics
Gather requirements and perform design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment
Develop and enhance workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation
Create and maintain technical, process, and knowledge documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve platform functionality and user experience
Stay current with new ServiceNow features and best practices
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments
