Job Summary
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Application Developer to support and enhance a mission-critical Accountability System used for payroll, operations, and emergency response. This role involves system maintenance, feature development, performance optimization, and on-call support during state emergency activations, working closely with IT and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, enhance, and optimize .NET and Power Apps–based systems
Develop new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance
Support SQL Server and Oracle databases, including data modeling and tuning
Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and system improvements
Conduct testing, documentation, and user training
Provide application support during emergency activations
Maintain system, database, and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
7+ years of .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) development
7+ years of advanced SQL development and performance tuning
Experience with Power Apps/Power Automate deployments
4+ years using Azure DevOps
Enterprise application and database support experience
Government IT experience preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred
5+ years Power Apps / Power Automate
Public sector experience
