Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM | 40 per week
Unit: Emergency Care Management

Weekly Gross: $2,779.87

Job Overview
Seeking an experienced RN to manage care coordination and utilization activities in the Emergency Department to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care plans for ED patients
• Conduct utilization and discharge reviews
• Support patient flow initiatives
• Arrange post-discharge resources
• Document care management activities

Requirements

• Active NY RN license
• 5+ years clinical RN experience
• Experience in UR and discharge planning
• ASN/ADN required
• BLS certification

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree

Case Management certification
