Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to support a short-term NetMenu nutrition systems project. This role focuses on coding compliance and regulatory accuracy for food and menu items across multiple healthcare entities. The Dietitian will collaborate closely with system administrators and stakeholders to ensure nutrition data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistency within the nutrition software platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update nutrition and food item coding within the NetMenu/CBORD system

  • Ensure all menu items and diet orders comply with current regulatory and clinical standards

  • Validate compliance across multiple healthcare entities within a shared system environment

  • Collaborate with nutrition system administrators during onsite workdays

  • Support system updates, audits, and troubleshooting related to menu compliance

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity within the nutrition platform

  • Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to project stakeholders


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or related field

  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required

  • Proven experience with CBORD and NetMenu systems

  • Prior experience supporting multiple hospital or healthcare systems

  • Strong understanding of nutrition compliance, regulatory standards, and clinical workflows

  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid (onsite/remote) project environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous project-based or contract experience in healthcare IT or nutrition systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Experience working directly with system administrators and IT stakeholders
