Position Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Assignment Length: 24 Weeks
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Pay Rate: $19–$23 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for an exciting job in Leesburg, VA.
Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with special needs
Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, feeding, dressing, hygiene)
Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and classroom participation
Implement behavior support plans as directed
Ensure student safety and assist with transitions throughout the school day
Support students during meals, recess, and transportation as needed
Document observations and communicate student needs to supervising staff
Maintain student dignity, confidentiality, and a safe learning environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children with disabilities preferred
Ability to follow directions and work under educator supervision
Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
Prior experience as a PCA, Paraprofessional, or Instructional Aide
Experience supporting students with mobility, medical, or behavioral needs
CPR/First Aid certification
Training in behavior management or de-escalation techniques
