Job Title: Executive Office Assistant (Temporary – In-Person)
Location: Everett, WA
Duration: 2 to 3 Months
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hours per week)
Employment Type: Temporary, Part-Time (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $25/hour (W2)
Position Summary: The Office Assistant provides front-line administrative and clerical support to an Executive Department. This temporary role supports executive leadership by ensuring smooth daily office operations, professional communication, and organized record management in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and maintaining a professional reception area
Answer, screen, and manage phone calls, emails, and incoming mail
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and arranging travel as needed
Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Maintain logs, trackers, and confidential records with accuracy and discretion
Organize, scan, file, and manage both electronic and paper documents
Provide support for meetings, events, and special projects (room setup, technology, logistics)
Assist with purchasing and basic administrative processing
Perform general office duties including data entry and record maintenance
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years of experience as a receptionist or office assistant
Experience supporting executives or senior leadership teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work on-site for all scheduled shifts
