Job Title: Registered Nurse – Evening Shift
Location: Montour Falls, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $45 – $53/hr
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the evening shift to provide high-quality nursing care in a nursing home setting. The RN will be responsible for direct patient care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in a nursing home setting
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
Document care and resident status accurately using electronic medical records
Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety procedures
Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as required (every other)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident wellness
Qualifications:
Active NY Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting
Proficiency with PointClickCare or similar electronic medical records system
