Shift & Schedule

  • Day Shift

  • 12-hour shifts

  • Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday

  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

  • On-call: Required approximately 2 times per month

  • Floating: May be required within scope to nearby affiliated imaging locations


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to perform CT and related imaging procedures in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to patient care, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high imaging and service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT imaging procedures to produce high-quality cross-sectional images

  • Apply professional judgment to ensure accurate positioning, exposure, and image quality

  • Administer IV contrast and follow established safety protocols

  • Assist with diagnostic radiologic procedures as needed

  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout imaging exams

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service using AIDET principles

  • Maintain compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

  • Accurately document procedures and patient information in the imaging system


Required Qualifications & Certifications

  • Active ARRT registration with CT credential

    • R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) required

  • Prior CT imaging experience required

  • Competency in:

    • Special imaging techniques

    • IV contrast administration

    • Cross-sectional anatomy


Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with advanced CT imaging systems

  • Strong patient interaction and customer service skills


Equipment Experience (Preferred)

  • High-end CT scanners (e.g., multi-slice and advanced diagnostic platforms)
