Shift: Mixed Shifts (Days/Evenings)
Hourly Pay: $58.15 – $73.56/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
Evenings: +$3.00/hr
Nights: +$6.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
$2,000 on first or second paycheck
$2,000 at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months
Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)
Early Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Late Shift: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
(Rotation discussed during interview)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with recent acute-care hospital experience to support a high-acuity inpatient pharmacy. The role includes central pharmacy operations and close collaboration with physicians and nursing teams to deliver safe, evidence-based medication therapy.
Verify and process medication orders
Prepare and dispense medications per regulatory standards
Monitor drug therapy (interactions, renal dosing, allergies)
Support formulary management and therapeutic interchanges
Provide clinical recommendations to providers and nursing staff
Participate in pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation, IV-to-PO, renal dosing, and pain management programs
Document clinical interventions and supervise pharmacy technicians
1+ year of recent inpatient acute-care hospital experience (within last year)
BS or PharmD from ACPE-accredited program
Active Florida Pharmacist license
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
