We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based assignment. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a student population. This role requires collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and school district regulations
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Prior school-based experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Daytime schedule with consistent weekday hours
