Location: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | No Weekends
Shift Structure: 7–10 hour administrative shifts
Base Salary: $117,423 – $155,000 (commensurate with experience)
Annual Incentive Bonus: 17.5%
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Director of Case Management for an exciting job in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Direct and evaluate all Case Management operations, including staffing models, FTE utilization, onboarding, competencies, and workflow optimization
Ensure effective care coordination and discharge planning across the hospital
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and standard operating procedures
Analyze operational and clinical data to improve length of stay, patient throughput, and resource utilization
Lead sustainable performance improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies
Partner with finance and executive leadership to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets
Build strong partnerships with executive leadership, including the CMO, CNO, CFO, and ancillary department leaders
Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and regulatory alignment
Lead, mentor, and develop a Case Management team of approximately 30 FTEs
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth
Drive leadership development and succession planning within the department
Bachelor’s Degree – Required
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration – Preferred
Active RN, LCSW, or LMSW license – Required
Minimum 3 years of recent acute care hospital Case Management experience – Required
Minimum 2 years of Case Management leadership experience – Required
Note: The organization is open to a strong LCSW leader from a large acute care hospital environment with demonstrated Director-level capability.
