Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Ultrasound Technologist to support a busy outpatient women’s health clinic. This role requires strong expertise in obstetrical and gynecological sonography, with the ability to independently perform high-quality diagnostic exams across all stages of pregnancy.

  • Duration: 16 weeks


Shift & Schedule

  • Shift Type: Day Shift

  • Shift Length: 8 hours

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Work Environment

  • Outpatient women’s health / OB-GYN clinic

  • High-volume clinical setting

  • Adult and prenatal patient population


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive OB/GYN ultrasound examinations, including obstetrical and gynecological studies

  • Conduct transabdominal and endovaginal sonographic exams

  • Accurately assess and document:

    • Normal and abnormal pelvic anatomy

    • Fetal anatomy and biophysical profiles

    • Fetal growth and development across all three trimesters

    • Fetal anomalies, including ectopic pregnancies

  • Apply appropriate measurement techniques and imaging protocols

  • Identify and document expected findings for each stage of pregnancy

  • Maintain patient comfort, privacy, and safety during procedures

  • Ensure accurate documentation and image submission per clinic standards

  • Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience

  • At least 1 year of outpatient clinic experience within the last 3 years

  • Demonstrated proficiency in obstetrical and gynecological sonography

  • Strong knowledge of fetal development and pelvic anatomy

  • Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel or contract experience

  • Experience in high-volume outpatient OB/GYN settings
