Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Contract Duration: 16 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours/week (7:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school-based setting. This full-time, in-person role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services that promote student communication and academic success. The SLP will collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams as part of the school’s educational support services.
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school environment
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and education plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Follow school policies, educational guidelines, and therapy best practices
Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
