Contract Duration: 16 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week (7.5 Hours per Day)
Local Rate: $48.00 – $60.00 per hour
Travel Rate: $50.00 – $67.00 per hour

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based assignment in Colorado Springs. This in-person role focuses on providing high-quality speech and language services to students, supporting their academic achievement and social development through evidence-based interventions.
Evaluations & Assessments: Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Direct Therapy: Deliver individualized and small-group therapy services aligned with student IEP goals.
IEP Participation: Develop measurable goals, attend IEP meetings, and collaborate with special education teams.
Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement effective classroom communication strategies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and required records in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Licensure: Active Colorado State Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Work Setting: Ability to provide services fully on-site
Experience: Prior school-based experience preferred
