Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to perform moderate to complex analysis in support of enterprise warehouse management systems. This role is responsible for monitoring system resources, evaluating business and operational processes, and analyzing historical data trends to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

The Application Analyst will support and optimize Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) environments and related integrations, working closely with operations, IT, and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct moderate to complex analysis of application systems, workflows, and operational processes

  • Monitor application performance, system resources, and data integrity

  • Evaluate warehouse processes and system configurations to identify optimization opportunities

  • Analyze and present historical operational and system data trends to stakeholders

  • Support configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Infor WMS

  • Manage and support integrations between Infor WMS and enterprise ERP systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and data issues

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and contractual requirements

  • Document system configurations, integrations, processes, and analytical findings


Required Skills & Experience

  • Deep knowledge of Infor WMS system configuration and administration

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, including:

    • Inbound (receiving, putaway)

    • Outbound (order picking, packing, shipping)

    • Inventory Control (cycle counting, slotting, returns)

    • Yard Management (dock scheduling)

  • Experience integrating Infor WMS with ERP systems using:

    • Infor ION

    • BODs

    • EDI

    • Replenishment tools

    • RF/mobile scanning devices, barcode, and RFID technologies

  • Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL Server) for querying WMS databases, creating custom reports, and performing data fixes


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with warehouse robotic and automation systems

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
