Job Title: Senior GenAI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Engineer to join an enterprise Generative AI delivery team working on cutting-edge AI solutions for large-scale business environments. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered applications that solve real-world business problems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, data scientists, and business subject matter experts, contributing to high-impact Generative AI initiatives leveraging modern LLM architectures.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience

    • 8+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models and ML systems in production environments

  • Generative AI & LLM Expertise

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI techniques

    • Strong expertise in:

      • Prompt engineering

      • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

      • Agent-based LLM architectures

  • Programming & Frameworks

    • Expert-level proficiency in Python

    • Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph

    • Strong working knowledge of SQL

  • Cloud & Infrastructure

    • Experience deploying GenAI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP

    • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable ML deployments

  • Communication & Collaboration

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and Optimize LLM-Based Solutions

    • Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-driven solutions using prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent-based frameworks

    • Improve model performance, reliability, and scalability in enterprise environments

  • Codebase Ownership

    • Own and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code in Python and SQL

    • Apply best practices for scalability, maintainability, and performance using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

  • Cloud Integration & Deployment

    • Support deployment and operation of GenAI applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

    • Optimize cloud resources and contribute to robust CI/CD processes

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

    • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

    • Promote best practices in machine learning, GenAI, and LLM system development

  • Continuous Innovation

    • Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI and LLM research

    • Experiment with emerging tools, techniques, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement
