A organization is seeking a Graphic Designer (In-Store) to create and execute high-quality design solutions across in-store and print channels. This role plays a key part in delivering a cohesive, elevated brand experience at scale and supports the ongoing growth and evolution of the brand.
The ideal candidate has strong retail design experience, a refined visual eye, and the ability to translate complex information into clean, compelling, and well-organized designs. This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking and executional excellence, along with strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Apply brand identity consistently across all in-store and print design assets
Design large-scale retail visuals including signage, displays, and in-store graphics
Work within established brand standards and design systems to ensure omni-channel consistency
Demonstrate strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design judgment
Collaborate with designers, production designers, writers, photographers, stylists, and cross-functional partners
Provide clear creative direction and production specifications for each deliverable
Prepare accurate, press-ready files while meeting tight deadlines
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without compromising quality
Communicate effectively with both creative and business stakeholders
Adapt quickly to changing business needs while supporting overall brand objectives
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
2–5 years of professional graphic design experience
Retail or consumer-focused design experience strongly preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing typography, brand design, and photo art direction
In-store and print design experience highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically, creatively, and critically
Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
