Location: New York, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 35 hours/week | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud applications. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions that improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements

  • Translate HR business processes into system specifications for Oracle HCM modules, including:

    • Core HR

    • Payroll

    • Time & Labor

    • Absence Management

    • Benefits

    • Scheduling

    • Reporting & Analytics

  • Lead and support Oracle HCM solution configuration, customization, testing, and implementation

  • Perform business process analysis and gap analysis; recommend system enhancements and process improvements

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs using Oracle HCM data

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution through completion

  • Support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

  • Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end users

  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM-related issues

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 2–3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst or Solutions Analyst

    • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications

  • Functional & Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting

    • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, system integrations, and data migration

    • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR business processes

  • Analytical & Communication Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Certifications:

    • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) required
