Compensation & Incentives:
Base Pay (RRT Scale): $27.09 – $37.92/hr
Shift Differentials: Nights $4.50/hr | Weekends $3.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 – Full-Time Days (1 year experience + 2-year commitment)
$20,000 – Full-Time Nights (1 year experience + 2-year commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our night shift team. This role involves assessing patients’ respiratory needs and implementing individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
Function independently in the absence of the Team Leader
Set up and administer routine and complex respiratory therapy treatments for patients of all ages
Accurately document treatments and maintain electronic medical records
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of a Vocational/Technical Program or an AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program (Associate’s Degree required)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Licensure & Certification:
Current Florida State License as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
BLS (American Heart Association) required
ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire
