Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg & Specialty Units

Location: Hyannis, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $52–$60/hour

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg & Specialty Units for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and document comprehensive patient care

  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses

  • Communicate effectively with care teams and support staff

  • Serve as a resource for patient care, staff orientation, and education

  • Utilize electronic medical record systems

  • Participate in quality improvement, safety, and professional development activities

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Active Massachusetts RN license

  • BLS certification

  • Completion of pharmacology and basic arrhythmia exams prior to start

  • Minimum 2 years recent acute care Med/Surg experience

  • Strong English communication skills

Preferred & Unit-Specific Experience

  • BSN and ACLS preferred

  • Cardiac: ACLS, telemetry, post-cath/post-op cardiac experience

  • Oncology/Stroke/Palliative: Chemotherapy/biotherapy experience preferred

  • Surgical/Dialysis: Hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, ventilated patients

  • Ortho/Neuro/Post-Op: Orthopedic or neuro experience preferred
