Registered Nurse (RN) – EP Lab (Local & Travel)
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Contract: 8 Weeks
Shift: Day | 3×12s (06:00 AM – 06:30 PM)
Hours: 36/week
Pay: $58 – $65/hour
Estimated Weekly: $2,001 – $2,242.50
Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking 2 experienced EP Lab RNs for an 8-week daytime contract in a mixed procedural unit supporting EP, Cardiac Cath Lab, and IR. Adult patient population. No weekends, no call, no rotating shifts. Scrubs provided.
Responsibilities:
Circulate EP procedures; assist with cardioversions
Procedural sedation and monitoring (ETCO₂, RASS, dysrhythmias)
Pre/post-op care in a 12-bed prep/recovery area
Sheath removal and vascular closure (Perclose, StarClose)
Administer cardiac and emergency medications
Maintain 1:4 ratio; SBAR handoffs
Accurate documentation in EPIC
Requirements:
2+ years RN experience in EP or Cath Lab
EPIC experience required
Strong IV skills, 12-lead EKG, ACT monitoring
Ability to float between EP, Cath Prep, and Recovery
Active NY RN License, BLS, ACLS
Teaching/community hospital experience preferred; charge experience a plus
