Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,450
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) provides rapid, high-quality nursing care to patients requiring urgent and emergent medical attention. This role demands strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage high-acuity patients across all age groups in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Deliver specialized and innovative emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Rapidly assess incoming patients with physical and mental health conditions
Prioritize injuries and medical needs to ensure timely and effective care
Manage a wide range of trauma and emergency situations requiring quick, decisive action
Develop and implement effective nursing care plans based on clinical assessment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Perform professional nursing services in accordance with standards of care and hospital protocols
Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an Emergency Department
Recent ED experience within the past six (6) months required
Demonstrated clinical performance and professional practice competency
Strong clinical knowledge and analytical abilities
Ability to provide a wide range of professional nursing services
Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and hospital staff
Active New Jersey RN License or Multi-State Compact License
