Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Bronx, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Five (5) 8-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $70–$75 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support complex direct service programs through project-level coordination and execution. Under the direction of initiative leads, the Project Manager will provide hands-on support across key workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Provide end-to-end project support across assigned workstreams, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery
Develop and maintain project tracking tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms
Collect, analyze, and disseminate project metrics, updates, and status reports to stakeholders
Monitor project progress and deliverables; proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal departments, external agencies, and contracted vendors
Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting trainings, including development of training materials
Provide on-site implementation support and oversight as needed
Offer policy and operational guidance and support strategies to improve service delivery
Assist with invoice review and approvals and provide input on budget planning
Strong ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
Proven capability to lead change and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communications to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and accountability
Flexible, organized, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience
Experience managing multiple external contractors and vendors strongly preferred
Experience working with educational programs or social service environments, including:
Educational institutions or agencies
Case management staff
Community-based organizations or non-profits
Parents, children, or family-focused programs
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish, is a plus
NYC-area residency preferred
