Pay Rate: $55 – $60 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment in a clinical setting. The Radiology Tech will ensure patient safety, produce high-quality diagnostic images, and comply with radiation safety standards and organizational protocols while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations (general X-ray) per physician orders
Position patients accurately to obtain optimal diagnostic images
Operate, adjust, and maintain radiographic imaging equipment
Verify patient identity and clearly explain imaging procedures
Adhere to radiation safety guidelines for patients, staff, and self
Review images for quality and accuracy prior to submission
Accurately document procedures and patient information in the EMR (EPIC preferred)
Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized imaging environment
Assist with patient transport and positioning as needed
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Perform other related radiology duties as assigned
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
Experience in general diagnostic radiology (X-ray)
Strong knowledge of anatomy, patient positioning, and radiation safety
EMR experience (EPIC preferred)
Hospital or acute-care radiology experience
Experience in high-volume imaging environments
ARRT (R) certification (required)
Active New Jersey state license (if applicable)
BLS certification (AHA)
