Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
Base Pay (Experience-Based):
$27.72/hr – Entry Level
$33.00/hr – 5 Years
$36.30/hr – 10 Years
$39.60/hr – 15+ Years
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 – Days
$15,000 – Nights
Shift Differentials:
Nights: $3.00/hr
Weekends: $2.00/hr
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
The Medical Telemetry / Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients with acute medical and neurological conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
Analyze clinical data to identify nursing diagnoses and care priorities
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
Advocate for patient safety, quality outcomes, and evidence-based care
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain efficient use of time, supplies, and clinical resources
Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience
Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license
Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation
BLS certification required
ACLS preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
BSN
Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Neuro units
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
