Base Pay: $30.04 – $41.50/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
Nights: +$4.00/hr
Weekends: +$4.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus (2-Year Commitment):
$30,000 – Night Shift
$10,000 – Day Shift
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. The unit supports a broad range of medical and post-surgical patients, including urology, vascular, neurologic, orthopedic, and nephrology populations.
This role offers strong clinical exposure, opportunities for skill development, and long-term growth within a high-acuity inpatient setting.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments using evidence-based practice
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Deliver direct nursing care and supervise support staff as appropriate
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (does not need to be recent)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license
BLS certification required upon hire
BSN degree
Experience in high-acuity Med-Surg or trauma-support settings
Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills
