Compensation:
$43 – $50 hourly (based on qualifications and experience)
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) professional to support young children with special needs. This role focuses on implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), fostering developmental and academic growth, and creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support early childhood students with special needs according to IEP goals.
Assist with instructional activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Implement individualized strategies to support learning, communication, and behavior.
Collaborate with special education teachers, therapists, and school staff.
Monitor and document student progress and classroom observations.
Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
Follow school policies and special education guidelines.
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience working with early childhood or special education students.
Ability to follow IEPs and behavior support plans.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
Experience in an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) setting.
Coursework or training in special education or early childhood education.
