Schedule: 3 × 11.5-hour shifts per week
Compensation:
Local Pay: $65–$70/hour
Travel Pay: $75–$82/hour

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced critical care skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. The ICU RN works collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
Perform comprehensive assessments and promptly respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and conscious sedation per protocol
Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and life-support equipment
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Provide patient and family education regarding treatments and procedures, as appropriate
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ICU or Critical Care nursing experience
Clinical Skills: Conscious sedation, IV insertion, and phlebotomy
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) from an accredited program
Licensure: Active New York State RN license with primary source verification
Certifications: Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
