Base Salary: $164,860 – $238,992 annually (experience-based)
Incentive Bonus: Up to 17.5%

The Vice President of Pharmacy Services provides executive-level leadership and strategic oversight for pharmacy operations across a multi-hospital division. This role is accountable for clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and operational effectiveness of pharmacy services.
Serving as a subject matter expert, the Vice President partners closely with executive leadership, supply chain, and clinical stakeholders to standardize best practices, optimize medication management outcomes, and drive enterprise-wide performance. This position plays a critical role in rebuilding and leading a high-performing pharmacy leadership structure while advancing system-wide pharmacy strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (required)
Active Pharmacist License (required)
Nevada license required; ability to obtain additional state licensure within required timelines
Minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience within an acute care, multi-site hospital environment
Retail pharmacy experience will not be considered
Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to lead effectively at the C-suite and divisional levels
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), MBA, or MS
Prior experience as a Vice President of Pharmacy, Chief Pharmacy Officer, Division/Market Pharmacy Director, or Senior Director of Pharmacy
Proven success leading enterprise-wide pharmacy transformation and performance improvement initiatives
Provide executive leadership for pharmacy clinical services, operations, compliance, and financial performance across multiple acute care hospitals
Lead pharmacy cost containment initiatives while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory readiness
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on pharmacy purchasing, utilization trends, and medication management optimization
Design and implement scalable pharmacy business and operational models to enhance system-wide efficiency
Build strong collaborative partnerships with divisional leadership, facility executives, supply chain, and clinical stakeholders
Analyze complex operational and financial data to drive actionable insights and performance improvement initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop senior pharmacy leaders, including Directors of Pharmacy and divisional team members
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards
Champion customer-focused service delivery to improve internal stakeholder satisfaction and outcomes
