Position Overview

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking a Client Services Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our IT clients, including U.S. Federal and Government clients. In this role, you will ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication, issue resolution, and seamless coordination with recruiters and delivery teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT staffing and understands the compliance, processes, and service expectations of Federal engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between IT clients, including Federal and Government accounts, and internal delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through regular check-ins and account reviews.
  • Understand client business goals, technical environments, Federal contracting requirements, and talent needs.
  • Partner with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality candidate submissions.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve service or compliance-related issues.
  • Track client satisfaction, placement outcomes, SLAs, and account performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing client accounts, including Federal programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for client communications, contracts, Federal compliance standards, and SLAs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or relationship management within IT staffing or consulting.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. Federal and Government clients
  • Working knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and project lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with Federal staffing processes, compliance, and documentation standards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Job Diva) and productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
