Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract Duration: 16 Weeks
Pay Rate: $45–$55 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist for a contract opportunity in Ashburn Court, VA. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, helping them improve functional independence and overall quality of life through personalized therapy programs.
Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on daily living, self-care, and work-related skills
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, exercises, and assistive equipment
Recommend environmental modifications to support patient independence
Ensure compliance with professional standards, facility policies, and state regulations
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct
Active Virginia Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
NBCOT Certification
