Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract role in New York, NY. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical, mental, and emotional conditions, creating individualized treatment plans to support rehabilitation and independence.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and set rehabilitation goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve daily living and functional skills
Monitor progress and update treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Collaborate with the healthcare team
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
Active or eligible state licensure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
