Schedule: Full-Time – Mixed Shifts (7–10 hours; may include evenings/nights)
Compensation: $32.62–$48.93/hr (experience-based)

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Medical Technologist Lead for an exciting job in Bradenton, FL.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-complexity diagnostic testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, and other laboratory sections.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical and trauma teams during assigned shifts.
Ensure laboratory compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations.
Provide guidance and operational leadership to laboratory staff as needed.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
Participate in laboratory process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory testing, quality control, and patient results.
Assist with training and mentoring of new staff or cross-trained personnel.
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree in Science required; Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology preferred.
State of Florida Medical Technologist license required.
Licensed and competent in the following technical areas:
Blood Bank / Immunohematology
Chemistry
Hematology
Minimum 3–5 years of laboratory experience.
Experience working across at least five areas of the laboratory.
Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a high-acuity environment, including trauma support.
