Director of Surgical Services
Location: Manchester, NH
Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Weekends
Salary: $110,552 – $176,883 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Available

The Director of Surgical Services oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and clinical quality of the surgical department. This role focuses on improving efficiency, rebuilding surgical volume, and supporting key service lines.
Manage daily operations of the surgical department
Improve KPIs such as turnover times, utilization, and efficiency
Support service line growth, especially Neuro and OB/GYN
Oversee budgeting, spending, and supply utilization
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff
Required: BSN
Preferred: MSN, MHA, or MBA
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Director of Surgical Services
Strong financial and operational leadership skills
CVOR oversight experience is a plus
