Job Description:
Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.
Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Conduct therapeutic activities to promote functional independence and mobility.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT.
Help patients perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and therapeutic exercises.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, observations, and patient responses.
Prepare therapy areas and ensure equipment is used safely and effectively.
Educate patients and families on recommended exercises and care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Perform additional duties as required to support therapy services.
