Job Title: Physical Therapist (Allied)

Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (may work up to 40 hours)
Float Requirement: Yes – may float to nearby clinics
Weekly Gross: $2,086/week
W2 Rate: $21/hour
Stipend: $1,246/week
The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitative care focused on restoring mobility, improving functional performance, and helping patients reach their recovery goals. This role requires strong outpatient orthopedic experience, clinical independence, and flexibility to support nearby clinics as needed.
Evaluate and assess patients to determine functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, range of motion, balance, and overall physical function
Document all patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment updates in accordance with professional and facility standards
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery expectations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment
Float to additional outpatient clinics as required
Perform other related duties as assigned
Active and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Georgia
Minimum 3 years of relevant outpatient experience (No new graduates accepted)
Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
First-time travelers accepted
PTA candidates not eligible for this position
