Position Summary

The HR Director is responsible for delivering a broad range of strategic HR and talent services to organizational leaders. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management, providing expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness, culture, work environment, and leadership development. The position requires a strong understanding of HR functions and frequently collaborates with business clients and HR partners in areas such as employee relations, compensation, performance management, and talent strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business objectives.

  • Guide leaders through organizational change, culture initiatives, and workforce planning.

  • Provide expert support in areas including employee experience, team effectiveness, leadership development, and retention strategies.

  • Partner with HR teams in employee relations, compensation, talent management, and performance management.

  • Conduct organizational assessments and deliver insights to improve culture, engagement, and business performance.

  • Facilitate leadership discussions, team interventions, and developmental programs.

  • Support strategic initiatives such as organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.

  • Implement HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business outcomes.

  • Provide coaching to leaders and managers on talent, leadership, and employee engagement.

  • Manage complex change initiatives, conflict resolution processes, and group dynamics.

  • Lead or participate in HR projects, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.


Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in HR business or client management, including strategic talent planning, engagement, retention, leadership development, and culture or change management.

  • 5+ years of people management experience (required).

  • Excellent leadership, influence, and negotiation capabilities.

  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

  • Strong diagnostic, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Proven ability to implement and execute complex HR initiatives.

  • Experience in building team effectiveness and leading group processes.

  • Skilled in change management, conflict resolution, and organizational dynamics.

  • Strong business acumen and project management abilities.

  • Expertise in process mapping, situational assessment, and objective evaluation.

  • Advanced written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Strategic, creative, and systems-thinking orientation.
