Job Title: Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation
Location: Chambersburg, PA
Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 3×12-Hour (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Pay: $40–$50/hour
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing short-stay rehab unit. This dynamic environment is ideal for nurses with strong assessment skills and a commitment to recovery-focused patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to short-stay rehabilitation patients.
Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Implement and evaluate care plans to support patient mobility, function, and recovery goals.
Assist with medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
Ensure accurate documentation and uphold patient safety at all times.
Deliver skilled nursing care on a busy night shift with professionalism and adaptability.
Requirements:
Active PA or Compact RN license.
BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of RN experience (rehab experience preferred but not required).
Ability to work every other weekend.
