Position: Registered Nurse – CVICU
Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547
Shift: Days Only (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Compensation:
$27.72–$34.32/hr (10 years experience)
$39.60/hr (15+ years experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – Days
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CVICU Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity care in a fast-paced, critical care environment. The ideal candidate will deliver patient-centered care, perform frequent clinical assessments, manage treatments autonomously, and collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team.
1 year of recent acute care experience in ER, ICU, or CVICU
Candidates from PCU/IMCU with 2 years of experience may be considered
Active Florida RN license or eligibility for multistate compact license
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
BSN preferred
CCRN preferred (must be obtained within 2 years)
NIHSS certification required within 30 days
Serve as a patient and family advocate while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and care plans
Deliver focused, high-quality critical care to complex patients
Support a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety
