Job Description
The Systems Analyst II will analyze business objectives, evaluate current processes, and develop solutions to improve or automate workflows. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, conducting cost/benefit analyses, and assessing system capabilities to determine feasibility of enhancements.
This role also functions as a hands-on Salesforce System Administrator, supporting multiple Salesforce orgs. Duties include configuration, third-party integrations, data migrations, CI/CD management, production troubleshooting, and general administrative tasks. Prior Salesforce development background is a plus. Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory is preferred. The team operates in an Agile (Scrum) environment. Candidates must be available for 24/7 support.
Analyze business processes, operational workflows, and user requirements
Document system requirements, program functions, and technical specifications
Conduct cost/benefit analysis and evaluate technical solution options
Review system limitations and determine feasibility of enhancements
Serve as a Salesforce System Administrator for multiple orgs
Configure Salesforce environments and integrate third-party applications
Perform data migrations and ensure data quality and integrity
Troubleshoot complex system issues across software, hardware, and integrations
Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Flosum
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and workflows
Provide 24/7 support as needed
7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator managing and overseeing Salesforce orgs, including implementation of security policies and practices
7+ years in SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, and version management with CI/CD toolsets (e.g., Flosum)
7+ years with data migrations, data quality, system integrations, 3rd-party tools, and AppExchange products
7+ years troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to system software, hardware, and integrations
5+ years implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth and working with core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML)
2+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Apex triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components)
2+ years using integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, or Jitterbit
2+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments
2+ years implementing no-code Salesforce solutions (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, etc.)
