RN Med/Surg – Full Time (Days & Nights, Rotating Weekends)
Location: Hudson, FL
This 290-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center has served the community since 1981. The facility is home to a nationally recognized Heart Institute and offers comprehensive cardiac and open-heart programs known for exceptional quality and patient outcomes.
Role: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical
Schedule: Full-Time Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: $30.00–$42.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: Nights $4.75 | Weekends $3.00
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (paid in 6-month increments)
Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case
Onsite Required
Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for Med/Surg patients.
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and procedures.
Document and maintain accurate patient records, including test and exam results.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Active Florida RN license or compact license (must obtain active FL RN within 90 days).
Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
Acute care experience required (no recent LTAC).
Current AHA BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
Strong critical thinking, communication, and computer skills.
