Position Title: Travel RN – Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool
Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Type: Contract
Shift: Day/Night, 3×12.5 hrs
Travel Pay Range: $63–$67/hr
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality care across multiple Med/Surg Telemetry units. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and supporting ancillary staff. The RN ensures safe, effective care while upholding professional and hospital standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
Current MA RN license & BLS certification
Recent acute care Med/Surg experience (within 2 years)
Strong communication skills
Must pass pharmacology and arrhythmia competency exams
Preferred:
BSN, ACLS, telemetry experience
Specialized certifications per unit (e.g., cardiac, oncology, surgical, orthopedic)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, effective patient care using the nursing process
Perform ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation
Serve as a resource for staff and demonstrate charge nurse competency
Participate in quality, safety, and professional development initiatives
Support hospital standards and patient-centered care
