Overview
Seeking a Software Developer / QA Engineer to design, build, and test clinical and operational applications that support hospital workflows, interoperability, and enterprise integrations. This role contributes to EHR-related development, backend services, and API integration across complex healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy application features and backend services using .NET, Java, or Python.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, HL7 interfaces, and FHIR resources to support interoperability initiatives.
Create and execute unit, functional, and regression test cases; develop and maintain automated test scripts.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.
Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation; ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior developers as needed.
Required Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in software development and/or QA testing within enterprise healthcare or large IT environments.
Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, Python, SQL, and API development.
Experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, pytest, or similar (preferred).
Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare integration workflows (strongly preferred).
