A skilled and dependable Med-Surg Registered Nurse is needed for a travel assignment at hospital in Laurens, South Carolina. The nurse will provide high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric populations in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.
Deliver direct patient care on a medical-surgical floor.
Assess, monitor, and document changes in patient condition.
Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
Ensure accurate documentation within the EMR system.
Support patient education and discharge planning.
Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
Active South Carolina RN license (or compact license).
Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg experience required.
Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and time-management skills.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends/holidays as needed.
