Title: KloudGin Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Sacramento, CA (Bradshaw area) + Remote
Duration: 8+ Months with Potential Extension
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM PST
Onsite Requirement: 1–2 weeks onsite for onboarding; up to 20% onsite thereafter

A large regulated utility organization is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the implementation of the KloudGin Work Management / Field Service Management (FSM) solution. The ideal candidate will provide analytical support for business processes, application configuration, system enhancements, and workflow optimization across multiple business units. This role requires strong technical acumen, deep business analysis capabilities, and experience working in regulated environments such as utilities.
Participate in requirements gathering, system analysis, design, testing, documentation, and project planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, functional requirements, performance expectations, and system outputs.
Propose technical solutions and alternatives to meet business objectives.
Document and revise business processes, configurations, and user requirements.
Analyze workflows and evaluate impacts of configuration changes; recommend process improvements.
Develop test cases, perform functional testing, debug issues, and prepare system change notifications.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
Coordinate with consultants, integrators, technical teams, and system owners to resolve issues.
Maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
Candidates must meet all of the following qualifications:
Hands-on experience configuring the KloudGin Work Management solution.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Systems Analyst or related role.
Experience with Field Service Management (FSM) system implementation and support.
Prior experience in the utility industry or other regulated environments.
Knowledge of system integration techniques such as APIs, middleware, and data migration.
Understanding of mobile technologies used in field service environments.
Proficiency with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experience with reporting and analytics tools for FSM data.
Basic knowledge of cloud solutions and SaaS platforms.
Basic familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance, Esri GIS, and SharePoint.
Experience as a project lead, functional lead, or coordinator.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies with minimal guidance.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Deep understanding of field service business processes.
Skills in analyzing system gaps, defining improvements, and executing change management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or within diverse teams.
Strong documentation skills (system requirements, use cases, specifications).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
Hybrid work model with periodic onsite meetings and milestone sessions.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work exclusively within the United States.
