Job Title: Manager of Cardiovascular Services – Full-time Days (No Weekends)

Shift: Day (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay: $100,000 – $130,998.40 annually

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Manager of Cardiovascular Services for an exciting opportunity in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cardiology experience with 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• BCLS/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)/ALS certification within 30 days of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical, technical, and operational functions within Cardiovascular Services departments.
• Provide leadership call coverage for the Cath Lab.
• Manage Cardiac Day Recovery, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, Echo Lab, and EKG physician reads.
• Ensure efficient and compliant resource utilization and regulatory compliance (JCAHO, state, federal).
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and workflow audits.
• Collaborate with hospital administration, cardiology directors, and physicians to plan and direct cardiovascular services, including 24/7 Cath Lab and Echo coverage.
• Conduct daily rounds, adjust staffing based on patient volume, and serve as liaison between the department and internal/external stakeholders.
