Shift: Nights / Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Pay: $52,000 – $72,800 annually (17+ years of experience required for max pay)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking OR Surgical Technologist (Tier 2) for an exciting opportunity in Kansas City, MO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years OR Tech experience.
• Tier 2: Competent as first scrub in 3 of 4 specialties: Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Vascular Surgery.
• Graduate of an accredited Certified Operating Room Technician (CORT) program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA preferred.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical suites with instruments, supplies, and equipment for seamless procedures in a high-volume OR.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping while maintaining sterile technique.
• Scrub in as first assist for complex cases, anticipate team needs, handle specimens, monitor patients/equipment.
• Ensure efficient room turnover in a collaborative environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation; must reside within 30 minutes of the facility.
